With thirty five years of experience and over 500 moulds on our resume, we provide our customers with reliable and resourceful mould making services. Our four step development process assists you in taking your initial idea from conception to finished product. 1. Initial Consultation During this stage you arrive with an idea, design, or plan for a product. we work directly with you in providing suggestions, feedback, and ideas to refine your product. Quotes and estimates can be provided at this time for review. At this time we can produce a prototype to finalize part design if required. 2. Mould Construction Assuming you have accepted our quote, we will begin building your custom mould. Our experienced tool and die makers will create your mould based on your specifications, these molds can be less expensive aluminum or fully hardened steel. 3. Product Sampling Once the mould has been completed we will conduct a series of tests and samples to ensure product quality and performance. Several plastics and injection methods will be used to provide you with several sample parts. We will at this point make refinements to the product as requested by you. 4. Product Production After the product samples have been approved, we will begin production of your product. Production prices are based on the quantity ordered.
